Hair is not included in braiding services. Clients must bring their own pre-stretched braiding hair for all braiding services. Any brand is acceptable as long as it is pre-stretched. Hair Preparation for Braiding Services; To ensure a smooth and efficient braiding experience, please follow these steps before your appointment: Wash & Dry Your Hair – Your hair must be clean and free of all products, especially oils, creams, and leave-ins. Blow-Dry Your Hair – Please arrive with your hair fully dried and stretched (blow-dried) for best results. This services can be added for additional fees. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Within 24 Hours:
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled time, your deposit is non-refundable.
Rescheduling:
You are allowed one reschedule per appointment. To change your appointment date, please request the change at least 5 days before your scheduled appointment. The same deposit will be applied to your new appointment date.
Booking Policy:
Appointment times are estimates and may vary based on the details of the hairstyle, as well as hair density and texture. To ensure quality service and a smooth experience for everyone, please do not overbook yourself with multiple appointments on the same day. Some services may take longer than expected, and I appreciate your patience and flexibility.
Late Arrival:
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Final Result Photography
We appreciate capturing the final result of our work. However, please note that sharing photos is entirely optional. If you choose to share your photo, it will only be done with your explicit permission and with utmost respect for your privacy.
